Curtis Appraisal Consultants is a real estate fee appraisal firm specializing only in the appraisal of residential properties. All of our appraisers are state certified residential appraisers and have more than 20 years of experience in residential appraisal. Our appraisers currently maintain both mandatory and voluntary continuing education requirements and we are current on changes in government regulations and client requirements regarding residential appraisal reporting. Our appraisal reports are completed in compliance with The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Washington State Department of Licensing and the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute.
