  • Computer generated floor plans and site plans
  • Electronic delivery capabilities of appraisal reports are available dependent upon client need and compatibility

Having years of experience in the area of residential appraisal, we know and understand the importance of a quick turn-around time and accuracy in the appraisal process. Our standard total turn around time is 5 business days (7 calendar days) from the receipt of order. If there are delays beyond our control, we advise the client immediately. Our schedule can be accelerated in special circumstances when requested by the client where the need arises.
